    By conducting the payment, you are confirming the agreement to MVMT Montreal Outdoor Summer Classes code of ethics and terms of service.

    Code of ethics for Movement Classes:

    Respect: We respect each other's boundaries, needs, and physical abilities. We do not judge or criticize others for their movements or limitations. We create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

    Safety: We prioritize safety above all else. We provide clear instructions, appropriate modifications, and ensure that all movements are performed in a safe and controlled manner. We also encourage participants to listen to their bodies and speak up if they feel any discomfort or pain.

    Professionalism: We conduct ourselves in a professional manner, treating all participants with kindness, patience, and understanding. We maintain confidentiality and avoid any form of discrimination or harassment.

    Inclusivity: We celebrate diversity and embrace inclusivity. We welcome people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, body types, and physical abilities. We strive to create an environment that is welcoming and accepting of everyone.

    Personal Responsibility: We encourage participants to take personal responsibility for their movements and their bodies. We remind them to work within their own limits and listen to their bodies. We do not force or pressure anyone to perform any movements beyond their abilities.

    Continuous Learning: We commit to ongoing education and continuous learning to provide the best possible experience for our participants. We welcome feedback and suggestions for improvement and strive to continuously improve the quality of our movement classes.

    By adhering to this code of ethics, we create a positive and uplifting movement community that supports the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all participants.

    If you do not respect our code of ethics you will get a warning and we may decide to refuse you further access to our classes.


    Terms of Service:

    1. Validity: The plans or passes purchased are exclusively valid for our outdoor group classes. They cannot be used for indoor classes or any other services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    2. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges provided for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, schedule changes, or non-attendance. Once the purchase is made, it is non-refundable.

    3. Expiration: Our plans or passes do not have an expiration date. You can use them at your convenience without any time constraints. However, please note that these terms are subject to change, and any modifications to the expiration policy will be communicated to you in advance.

    4. Non-Transferability: The card classes included in the plans or passes are strictly non-transferable. They can only be used by the person who purchased the plan or pass and cannot be shared, gifted, or used by any other individuals, including friends or family members. The card classes are exclusively for the personal use of the purchaser.

    5. Attendance: It is your responsibility to ensure your presence at the scheduled outdoor group classes. We recommend arriving on time to fully participate and benefit from the session. Late arrivals may result in missed instruction or limited participation in the class.

    6. Code of Conduct: By participating in our outdoor group classes, you agree to adhere to our code of conduct, which includes treating fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect, following safety instructions, and maintaining appropriate behavior at all times.

    7. Modifications and Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any outdoor group classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or instructor availability. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide alternative arrangements or a refund as appropriate.

    8. Personal Health and Safety: It is important to prioritize your personal health and safety during the classes. If you have any existing injuries, medical conditions, or concerns about your ability to participate, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before attending the classes. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in good physical condition to engage in the activities and assume any associated risks.

    By purchasing our plans or passes and participating in our outdoor group classes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
