    WHAT'S A MOVEMENT PRACTICE?
    What we define as a movement practice is a general, varied and complete practice incorporating many different subjects that come from all spheres of physical movement.
    That improves your general health and therefore your physical experience.
    The goal of such a practice is to help people change their perspective on their physical existence by redefining their physicality
    WHAT DOES REDEFINE YOUR PHYSICALITY MEAN??

    Change your perspective on what it is to live in a human body.

    Relearn to play as you did when you were a child. Develop and maintain your skills in a collectivel environment.

    This means learning and growing together through respect and mutual support.

    WHAT IS A MOVER?

    Someone who sees beyond the technicalities of each movement pursuit or discipline.

     Someone who finds interest and wishes to understand the body, health, performance and physical artistic expression.

    HOW DO I START?

    You can begin with joining us to one of our movement classes. There, you will be exposed to the world of movement and what it includes. You will learn mobility, balance, floor work, handstand and what is locomotion. No matter what, you can always reach us through social media and we will be happy to answer all of your questions.

    CAN I PARTICIPATE WITHOUT ANY BACKGROUND?

    Of course, without any doubt. Our classes and online sessions are suitable for people of all ages and ability levels.

    DOES THE PRACTICE INCLUDE WEIGHTS OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT?

    There are no weights, however we do use basic equipment that is affordable and accessible if you wish to train outside of class.

    HOW CAN I TAKE PART IF I AM NOT FROM TOWN?

    MVMT Montreal offers remote private sessions or online programs. All you have to do is just contact us and we will help you reach your goals based on your needs.

    WHY SHOULD I CHOSE MVMT PRACTICE OVER THE GYM?

    The movement practice is complete and includes the features of fitness, dance, balance, strength, flexibility, capoeira and so much more.

    Movement is essential for making progress. It is an unlimited platform for many different styles of movement.

    HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I PRACTICE?

    It is very individual from one person to another and what is your goal.

    We offer group classes twice a week. In addition, we provide private classes and online coaching to whoever wishes to focus on a certain field.
